Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

No additional shipping charges will be applied during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable locations within India.

THE ECLIPSE & CO. reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for certain locations or orders if required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You can use these details to monitor the status of your shipment.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
