Return & Refund Guidelines
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos.
- Please refer to our Size Chart before placing an order, as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
- Returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor color variations caused by screen settings, lighting, or photography.
- Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@theeclipseandco.in
Your request must include:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- A brief description of the issue
After verification, we may offer a replacement product or a refund if replacement is unavailable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Preference-based returns
- Minor color variations
- Normal wear and tear
- Customized or personalized products
We strongly encourage customers to review the Size Chart before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for verified cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. We do not offer exchanges for size-related issues.
