Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us review the issue, kindly share clear photos of the product and the packaging. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

Size & Fit
We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit. At the moment, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues.

When Returns Are Not Accepted
Returns or exchanges may not be possible in the following situations:

  • The wrong size was selected while placing the order
  • The order was placed by mistake or there was a change of mind
  • Slight color differences caused by screen or lighting variations
  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided during checkout

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has entered the processing stage, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

Delivery Issues
If a delivery attempt fails due to an unavailable recipient, incorrect address, or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

Replacement Eligibility

To be eligible for a replacement request:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photo proof of the issue and packaging must be provided

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
